An artwork that immediately conveys the energy of Italian abstract language from the second half of the twentieth century, built through a refined balance of line, colour and compositional rhythm.
Created by Aldo Gentilini in the 1970s in tempera on cardboard, this composition stands out for its bold use of flat colour and its formal synthesis of shapes. Strong areas of blue, red, yellow and black alternate across a light ground, creating a dynamic and playful image poised between lyrical abstraction and figurative suggestion.
