Sets like this, especially in such outstanding condition, almost never surface. This is exactly how you want to find vintage Danish modern furniture.
⭐️ Crafted in spectacular, richly figured rosewood – very likely Brazilian rosewood judging from the grain – these pieces show the elegance and refinement that define Kjersgaard’s best work.
⭐️ The dresser features two wide drawers with beautifully carved circular recessed pulls and precise dovetail joinery. The mirror displays Kristiansen’s signature curved corner details and refined craftsmanship.

⭐️ Ontworpen door Kai Kristiansen en geproduceerd door Aksel Kjersgaard, Odder. Dit is een uitzonderlijke kans om een bijpassend Model 394 dressoir en Model 168 spiegel te bemachtigen, rechtstreeks afkomstig van de zoon van de eerste eigenaar. Sets in deze staat en compleetheid komen vrijwel nooit op de markt. Dit is precies hoe je vintage wilt vinden.
⭐️ Uitgevoerd in schitterend, rijk getekend palissander – zeer waarschijnlijk Braziliaans palissander gezien de nerf – laten de stukken de verfijning en kwaliteit zien waarvoor Kjersgaard bekendstaat.
⭐️ Het dressoir heeft twee brede lades met prachtig gemaakte ronde uitsparingen en nauwkeurige zwaluwstaartverbindingen. De spiegel toont Kristiansens kenmerkende gebogen hoeken en verfijnde afwerking.
