Floor lamp designed by Gilardi & Barzaghi, Italy, 1950's.
Extremely rare floor lamp, adjustable in height by moving part of the brass stand from position. The shade can be rotated in any direction and has a built-in switch at the top. Electrically fully serviced, the switch has a new interior. Because both the base and shade are adjustable this offers countless opportunities to aim the lamp as desired.
Some normal signs of use inherent to the age of the lamp, the shade appears to have had a new coat of paint applied once along the outside.
