Product description
The set was made by Perry, Bevan and Co. PBB of Aston Birmingham, England.
The teapot has a porcelain interior with a chrome-plated outer shell designed to keep tea warm for longer.
They often contain fibrous insulation between the layers.
The set has a striking hammered metal appearance and small feet, characteristic of the mid-century (1940s-1960s) "Art Deco" or "Sputnik" style.
The set consists of a teapot, a milk jug, and a sugar bowl and is in good vintage condition; see all photos.
The teapot, stamped "Ever Hot Patent No. 523942," measures 18.75 cm high x 15 cm in diameter.
The milk and sugar bowls are stamped "Made in England on chromium plates," each measuring 6.25 cm high x 10 cm in diameter.
