A special set of 8 vintage Tecta chairs, produced in Germany in the 1970s–1980s. A strong modernist design with clear Bauhaus influences, in which functionality, engineering, and sculptural simplicity come together.
The chairs feature an elegant chrome-plated tubular frame that transitions in a single fluid line into the cantilever sled base. This creates the characteristic floating appearance for which this type of chair is so beloved. The black upholstered seat, backrest, and armrests form a powerful graphic contrast with the gleaming chrome.
What makes this set special is the combination of clean architectural lines, comfort, and presence. The construction appears minimalist yet possesses a strong visual identity.
