Product description
A set of eight chairs, designed by Hiromichi Konno for the Danish manufacturer Republic of Fritz Hansen. This design, the RIN chair, is a striking example of how Japanese and Danish design traditions can merge into a harmonious and functional piece of furniture. The chair was manufactured in 2010 and has a white plastic shell resting on a four-star base of powder-coated steel. The seat is equipped with a fixed cushion, upholstered in a dark grey fabric that offers a comfortable seating experience and forms an elegant contrast with the white shell. Konno's 2009 design is characterized by its organic shape and striking cut-outs in the backrest, which give the chair a light and airy appearance. This set is in good condition, consistent with its age and use. The chairs have retained their original finish and structure and show a character befitting carefully used design furniture. The overall presentation of the set is consistent and representative. With their swivel base and refined silhouette, these chairs are extremely suitable for use at a dining or conference table.
