For more than twenty years (from 1942?), N.V. Meubelfabriek ‘de Toekomst’ was located at Deeverbrogge.
In the autumn of 1966, the factory went bankrupt, 18 employees lost their jobs, and the inventory was auctioned off.
A well-known product of this factory was the stackable and connectable chair, which was marketed under the brand STAKO (STApelbaar en KOppelbaar).
The seven chairs are in good condition, made of beech wood; the seats have stains and rings, which can easily be remedied with a new coat of lacquer.
Ready for daily use, or easy to store as party chairs. The dimensions are: W. 47 H. 87 seat height 46 and D. 50 cm.
