A beautiful set of six "Compass" chairs by Kai Kristiansen for Sva Mobler, from Denmark, dating from the 1960s. This model is very elegant with its highly detailed and modern base and its cream fabric, which adds to its charm. Kai Kristiansen (born 1929) is a renowned Danish designer. At the age of 26, he opened his own furniture design studio, in the Danish modern style. He left an indelible mark on the field of Scandinavian design.
