Welcome!!! You are looking at an original vintage wooden set of 5 by Helge Sibast No 7 dining table chairs with checkered upholstery made in 50's Design. After so many years I would recommend to renew the upholstery. The back of the chairs is darker than the rest of the wood, which makes for a pleasant variation in colors. Quite unique at the time. The original seal is on the back of the chairs, which you can see in the photos. Unfortunately, the receipt has been lost, unlike the Nisse String furniture also for sale at Whoppah.
It is quite difficult to accurately capture the colors of the wood in the photo, as the colors of the wood change with light and position and no two colors are the same. These photos were taken indoors in broad daylight on a sunny day. Moreover, the color of the wood also depends on how you place this Helge Sibast set in your room and in natural or artificial light or both.
This Helge Sibast No 7 dining table chairs set of 5 is in pretty good VINTAGE condition and fit for use. Again, I would recommend upholstering the set after so many years and treating the wood. Two chairs definitely need new upholstery, the others not necessarily, but they are 73 years old! Obvious wear consistent with age and use. Use marks such as scratches. One chair, see photo, has a fragment on the back of the backrest.
