Salad servers, fork and knife, and a silver-plated colander/spoon with sumptuous handles, reminiscent of his torso sculptures.

Very good overall condition. One salad server has some pitting on the spatula (see photo), otherwise impeccable, solid, and heavy.
These utensils are unsigned except for a monogram on the knife blade, as the box was signed (no box included).

Born on September 28, 1933, in Málaga, Spain, Miguel Ortiz Berrocal spent much of his life in Verona, Italy, where he discovered a small foundry that allowed him to cast his modular and complex sculptures. His work has been exhibited throughout Europe, North and South America, and Japan. He died on May 31, 2006, in Málaga.
