Nice set of vintage papercord kitchen chairs, set of 4 pieces made of papercord with round metal tubes. They are solid not too heavy chairs. The chairs are fairly narrow and the back is nicely shaped with a kink which adds to the seating comfort. 3 dining chairs without armrests 1 chair with armrest. The metal is a brown / anthracite gray brass glow color. Hard to explain but very nice color. The chairs were most likely made by Giandomenico Belotti, known for the spaghetti chairs. This model, Paludis, was produced from 1979 by Alias. Sizes of the chair without back: Total width of the chair: 40cm Total width of the seat: 34cm Total height of the seat: 45cm Total depth of the chair: 44cm Total height of the chair: 83cm The 4 chairs are all in good condition, they have of course traces of use. These chairs fit any interior style and are very timeless. The chairs fit well in a modern French brocante, wabi sabi, brutalist or japandi. Because the products I offer are not new goods, but original 50s, 60s, 70s, everyday items, age typical signs of use and time-typical patina may occur. Photos are part of the item description. 1 chair has some larger discoloration/stain on seat. In the photo it is worse than in real life to avoid disappointment.
