The Louis Ghost armchair was designed by Philippe Starck for Kartell in 2002 and is one of the brand's most beloved and popular products. Louis Ghost was created in the Baroque style of Louis XV, but has been given a modern twist in the choice of materials, giving the style an entirely new look. Louis Ghost is made of molded polycarbonate and is available in various transparent or colored finishes. In the same modern interpretation of the Louis XV style, other pieces and lamps from the Kartell Ghost family include the Bourgie table lamp by Ferruccio Laviani, the Ghost Buster coffee table by Philippe Starck and Eugeni Quitllet, and the award-winning La Marie chair by Philippe Starck.
