The Laleggera chair won the Compasso d’Oro in 1998. Since 2009, the Laleggera chair has been part of the permanent collection of the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in New York and has previously been exhibited at the Centre George Pompidou in Paris and at the Triennale in Milan.
