Original industrial vintage school chairs (stackable), designed by Gispen for TU Delft (106 series), a design from 1952.
The seat and backrest are formed from moulded plywood with a rich brown finish, secured with visible rivets that add to their industrial character. Legs are fitted with black rubber caps (so-called high socks). In short, indestructible chairs in very good vintage condition, retaining its structural integrity.
One of the chairs is missing two metal pins and has a slight crack on the back rest (see photos).
Dimensions: seat height 45 cm / seat width 40 cm / backrest height from the ground 81 cm.
