Please note: Available from the first week of October. Offered for sale: A five-arm Piper Lounge pendant lamp by the Danish design brand Bolia, designed by studio 365° North in matte antique brass. The Piper consists of a vertical brass tube onto which two horizontal arms are clamped, each with a socket on either side, plus a fifth socket directly below the tube. This creates a sleek geometric, almost molecular image that looks different from every angle and keeps the space airy rather than closing it off. The unique aspect of this design is that you have a great deal of influence over it yourself. Because the sockets are open and the light sources therefore remain visible, your choice of bulbs determines the entire character: With large opal white globes, it becomes a soft, warm, and creamy whole, as shown in the photos; with clear filament bulbs, it becomes more graphic and industrial. The lamp is dimmable, provided you use dimmable light sources and your installation allows it. The lamp measures fifty centimeters high by forty-two and a half centimeters wide and deep, and features five E27 sockets of up to twenty-five watts each. The cord is three meters long, so there is plenty of leeway even with high ceilings. Weighing less than two kilos, the lamp is easy to hang and easy to ship. Light sources are not included. 365° North designs based on the idea that good design should be beautiful, functional, and immediately understandable, and the Piper is a prime example of this: No shade, no decoration, just the construction itself. The lamp is in good condition with minor signs of use; the brass has a uniform matte finish without damage and all sockets are working. The original price was approximately four hundred and fifty euros. There are three identical units available; the price applies per unit. Three identical lamps in a row above a long table or counter create a strong, cohesive look, so purchasing them together is negotiable.
