Elegant, large, mouth-blown glass pitcher/designer vase made of heavy art glass in an intense cobalt blue with white inclusions.
The bulbous body flows into a long, elegantly drawn neck. The clear, hand-applied handle provides a beautiful contrast to the deep blue glass. The irregular white inclusions give each piece a unique appearance.
The shape and craftsmanship are reminiscent of Italian studio glass or Murano design from the 1960s to 1980s. There is no manufacturer's mark, which is why the pitcher is explicitly offered as being in the Murano style.
Whether used as a flower vase, decorative carafe, or as a standalone piece, this exceptional glass object makes a striking statement.
