This set of three oven dishes brings together pieces from the Gastron series by Émile Henry, a Burgundy manufacturer founded in 1850 and renowned for the quality of its culinary ceramics. The Emile Henry brand, the Gastron series name, and the 'Made in France' mark are debossed on the underside of each piece. The three dishes share the same shiny mustard yellow enamel, a warm and luminous color that has retained all its intensity. Rounded edges, smooth enameled interior, unglazed base on the foot. The set includes one square dish approximately 16 cm internally, and two rectangular dishes of different sizes, the largest of which measures approximately 29 cm in length. All three are in very good condition, with no chips or cracks. They bear the same oven reference 6N 1/6, confirming that they come from the same production series. Rare to find as a matching set, these three dishes form a cohesive and immediately usable service. They are oven-safe and perform with all the reliability expected of Émile Henry ceramics. On a set table or in a kitchen with character, their sunny color and clean lines command an immediate presence.
