Product description
Kastholm was a trained blacksmith, but quickly turned to furniture design, which he learned under Finn Juhl. After training as a carpenter in Copenhagen, Preben Fabricius also studied interior design under Finn Juhl. He founded a joint studio with Preben Fabricius in 1961. Both are in the tradition of functional-aesthetic Scandinavian design, but were also influenced by the Bauhaus.
Minor signs of wear such as bumps, scratches and unobtrusive stains on the leather (see pictures). However, the armchairs are still in very good condition and have a great charisma due to their timeless elegance.
