This model is an early Herman Miller/ Fehlbaum production, made at the time in Weil am Rhein. This set is also engraved as such, and the production date of 1973 is visible. The ribs at the bottom are specific to the earlier Hermann Miller production.
It was the first chair to be made entirely from one piece of plastic
This unique icon exudes cool modernism, is structurally strong and has no tears or cracks. The chairs are almost 50 years old, and given their age they show some scratches in the plastic, the patina gives the chair an extra added value of originality.
Every now and then I have to make room to let my interior come into its own. my great passion is collecting original contemporary classics.
