Product description
Two VP1 pendant lamps in red. Originally from 1968, issued by Louis Poulsen. Type 16562. Shade diameter 23 cm, height 16 cm. The shades and inner shades are in excellent condition, no scratches. However, the wires are in poor condition and have dried out. The sockets show some wear due to age (also dry out). One of the lamps has its original white ceiling rose. Both lamps work, but replacing the wires is highly recommended. The price for both lamps reflects this. The lamps are made of enameled steel, the wire casings are fabric, and the sockets are plastic. The green VP4 table lamp shown in one of the photos is NOT included in the price. It is sold separately on Whoppah.
The wires are dried out. The sheathing around the iron wires has partially deteriorated. Furthermore, the sockets are somewhat dried out. However, this doesn't affect the lamp's operation.
