You are purchasing two monochrome blue Z-lamps of unknown provenance. It resembles the well-known model by Yamada Shomei, but in my opinion it is not.
It switches off when the lamp is folded up. It can be adjusted continuously from 0 to approx. 182° and remains in position. The built-in switch switches off at approx. 40.
Both lamps have several scratches or dull spots that are only noticeable up close. These are barely noticeable from approx. 50 cm.
Lamp without plug:
Was illuminated a Mondrian in my apartment in the mid-90s for three years. Discolored inside due to the light bulb, slight scratches on the outside, without plug.
Lamp with plug:
Unused item by me, the boss of a lamp store in Aachen had it in use at his home and sold it to me when I purchased #1. No discoloration inside, looks like not used, light scratches outside, with cable+plug.
