Product description
Pair of vintage chairs from the Spanish firm Guilleumas. Made in the 1960s from solid beech wood. The Catalan firm Guilleumas was founded in Ripoll in 1922 and operated until 1967. It was noted for its exquisite craftsmanship of sturdy, ergonomic seats. They have been restored, finished with two coats of ecological oil-wax, and reupholstered in cotton footrest fabric with a subtle black and white herringbone pattern. They show signs of use and age.
