Product description
For sale are two vintage designer lounge chairs.
The chairs are from the designer furniture manufacturer Donghia, designed by their chief designer, John Hutton.
There are no defects or flaws.
The color/fabric in the Donghia catalog is called grey velvet.
The chair is very comfortable, sturdy, and a real eye-catcher.
Wooden frame. Anyone who appreciates design and vintage style will be delighted with this purchase. In the US market, these Donghia chairs sell for well over €4,000 each (converted). They can also be found in German design stores, but they are rare and usually unique pieces. Here you can purchase a complete set (I have six in total).
There is also a matching coffee table—originally intended to be included—which could be sold separately or with the chairs (see picture and my other listing).
And a beautiful Murano glass floor lamp by the same designer, which creates a cozy atmosphere in the room (see other listing).
The chairs have seen very little use, have no damage, and are not worn out; there are only minor signs of wear, e.g.,... on the wooden feet.
