For sale are two original comfort Denmark armchairs with swedish wool covers in very good condition.

DESCRIPTION:
The armchair has a solid teak frame, which consists of two curved side elements with integrated runners and sculpted armrests and a seat module. The seat module has a fitted seat frame with a new upholstery belt covering in a braided structure, provided with a new protective stretch fabric cover with an additional foam insert. The seat module is doweled and screwed to the side elements and can therefore be dismantled. The comfortable upholstered foam cushions are covered with a very robust premium new wool cover in the classic, coarsely woven Salt & Pepper, removable with a zipper. The seams used are all designed as elegant felled seams (with this seam, the individual cover parts interlock like finger hooks and are then sewn twice. This seam is therefore considerably more robust, has a significantly higher tensile strength and is significantly more durable than the usual single / standard seams ). The back cushions are equipped with classic upholstery buttons and also have a lumbar support, which offers a particularly comfortable and ergonomic seating experience.
The fullness of the processed solid teak, the side elements that are extremely complex to produce, the high-quality upholstery and the overall quality of workmanship are proof of the special value of this piece of furniture. The teak itself is characterized by a lively grain with a beautiful visible wood structure and a pleasant depth effect.

The photos are highly exposed so that the 1a condition can also be seen in detail! This makes reddish tints redder and colors generally lighter. The shaded areas or the areas not directly illuminated by the photo light best reproduce the color tones in real life. Shine on the photos or greyish or milky areas are also due to exposure or lighting (reflections). The surfaces are semi-matt to semi-glossy.

Condition:
The armchair is technically and optically in perfect and very good condition up to new condition. The teak frame is like new and has almost no signs of wear. No comparison to the usual battered and scratched armchairs as a result of years of use! The covering is completely new as described, the upholstery is like new and without any defects. The high-quality and durable new wool cover is also in very good condition and has no stains, tears or holes. Only in the front area of the hollow of the knee is it a nuance lighter and not quite as coarse as e.g. B. on the lateral flanks. However, this is quite normal when used with coarsely woven new wool and is so small that it cannot be photographed.
In summary, the new owner can look forward to a timeless Danish classic and decades to come.
Hint! If you are considering buying this model or a similar model, then you should definitely make sure that the padded straps have been renewed. The original pad straps are white, become saggy over the years and don't have the durability of the materials used today!
Please also note that we always clean all textile furniture, even if it has no stains or does not appear dirty. Careful special cleaning freshens up the colors significantly and makes them appear stronger.
