The Osaka 2-seater sofa is an iconic Dutch design from the late 1960s, designed by Martin Visser for manufacturer ’t Spectrum.

Designed around 1969 for the Dutch pavilion at the World's Fair in Osaka (1970)
Part of a series of furniture named after Japanese cities

Minimalist and sleek, typical of Visser
Consists of a chrome-plated metal tubular frame
Loose cushions (often 6 pieces) rest on top
Back cushions are supported by leather straps, which also makes the back visually interesting
