Product description
This set of two armchairs was crafted by the renowned Dutch furniture maker Schuitema. The design is a classic example of the Art Nouveau movement, where artisanal woodworking and elegant lines come together in a timeless silhouette. The chairs are constructed from solid wood with a warm, brown finish that accentuates the natural grain of the material. Characteristic features of the construction include visible wood joints and refined, turned details beneath the armrests. The backrest features vertical spindles and a slightly curved top edge for optimal seating comfort. The seats are upholstered in a multi-colored woven textile fabric with a subtle pattern that perfectly complements early twentieth-century aesthetics.
