Spectacular pair of silver-plated curtain tie-backs, entirely designed around a rich decoration inspired by the heraldic and chivalric world. At the center, a knight's helm rests on a shield, surrounded by large unfurled wings, a crown, crossed weapons, and foliated ornaments. The relief work is particularly elaborate. Wing feathers, armor details, volutes, and the crown almost form a small sculpture at each end.
