Two vintage armchairs by Bas Van Pelt. A beautiful example of Dutch design from the Bauhaus era, featuring a tubular metal frame and coarsely woven sisal upholstery. Sisal colour: Red / natural reddish-brown
These iconic armchairs combine an elegant tubular metal frame with distinctive sisal seating, backrests, and armrests. The functional and timeless design is characteristic of the Bauhaus aesthetic and, almost a century later, still looks remarkably modern.
The warm, natural appearance of the sisal creates a beautiful contrast with the industrial metal frame.
