This set consists of two antique wine glasses in the Art Nouveau style, also known as Jugendstil.
The glasses are designed with the characteristic organic, flowing lines typical of Art Nouveau, in the style of the influential German designer Peter Behrens, dating from around 1898-1910.
A curved, transparent glass dome, made of mouth-blown glass.
The stem is a long, optically blown stem of amber-colored glass.
The stem has a varying thickness or a "bulged" shape.
Bubbles are visible in the stem and bowl; these are characteristic of mouth-blown glass.
The glasses are in excellent condition. No damage or chips.
