Product description
Rare set of 5 (or 11 upon request) wonderful large antique ironstone soup plates from the 19th century, circa 1885, stamped Sarreguemines Utschneider & Co., “Epine” collection.
The matching dinner plates from the same collection are also available.
Sublime decoration in a beautiful royal blue with a multitude of flowers and thorns, all adorned with a pretty ribbon.
Scalloped, raised rim.
They are in good condition, with signs of age and patina consistent with their age.
One plate has a stain and a small dent visible on the underside (see last photos), another has a very slight, undamaged thread along the edge.
