Mid-century modern purple vase is a beautiful example of 1970s Murano glassmaking, crafted by the renowned furnace of V. Nason. Featuring a captivating, undulating silhouette, this piece perfectly encapsulates the bold, organic design language of the era. The vase boasts a highly stylized, three-tiered hourglass shape (often referred to as an "ergonomic" or "bubbly" form). The glass moves fluidly from a heavy, solid base into three distinct, rounded bulbous sections, tapering elegantly at the waistlines before opening into a clean, circular rim.
