An authentic mid-century organic modernist side table designed by Jan Kalous for ÚLUV (Center for Folk Art Production) in Czechoslovakia during the 1970s. Exemplifying the fusion of traditional folk craftsmanship and clean functionalist design, this collectible table features a circular wooden center enclosed by a tight, hand-woven wicker weave. The tabletop rests upon three outward-tapered solid wood legs in a classic tripod configuration.
