Elegant mid-century modern Sommerso glass vase designed by the master glassmaker Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d’Arte in Murano, Italy. Dating back to the 1960s, this exquisite piece features a striking, faceted geometric silhouette that beautifully plays with light and architectural form. Crafted using the renowned sommerso (submerged) technique, the vase layers a rich, moody amethyst pink glass within a thick, crystal-clear outer casing. The expertly hand-faceted sides create sharp, clean lines that taper toward the rim and base, reflecting a sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic that was highly characteristic of Poli’s award-winning mid-century designs. The vase is in excellent condition no chips scratches or other defects
