Product description
Delightful little mood table lamp from France, circa 1950. The pierced aluminum globe is covered in tiny circle and star shaped cut-outs and lacquered in black with details, like feet and screw in brass. Despite its diminutive size this lamp is an instant eyecatcher due to its unique design which sits at the crossroads of modernist Sputnik and oriental influenced Art Deco. Nice vintage condition with patina on the brass parts tiny bumps on the pierced globe. Two original E14 sockets for appliance size bulbs with new wiring.
