This Art Deco marquetry chest of drawers dates from the 1930s. It is adorned with geometric marquetry composed of small veneer squares, creating a play of patterns and wood tones very characteristic of the style of the period. It opens with three drawers in the front, each fitted with a brass keyhole escutcheon and lockable. The gently rounded uprights and tapered legs give it an elegant and airy silhouette. This chest of drawers is presented in good vintage condition and retains a beautiful patina.
