Product description
For sale here is 1 of 3 "Costes" chairs by French designer Philippe Starck. This classic impresses with its frame, which is made of matt black lacquered tubular steel. The 3 legs were specially designed so that the waiters at the renowned "Costes" café in Paris didn't have to trip over too many chair legs. So not only do they look extravagant, they are also practical. Another highlight is the semi-circular backrest, which also forms the armrests. All in all, it's not for nothing that it's simply a stylish classic that you'll be happy to linger in for a little longer.
The chairs have been professionally reupholstered and covered. The lush green goes perfectly with the matt black and is sure to blend beautifully into your home.
The condition is really nice, with normal signs of use, as can be seen in the pictures.
