How do I select a pick-up point?

When checking out on Whoppah, as a buyer you can choose whether you want to receive your package at home or pick it up at a pick-up point near you — such as a PostNL, DHL, or DPD parcel point. This can be handy if you're not home during the day.

As a buyer: having your package delivered to a pick-up point
During checkout, choose delivery to a pick-up point and select a location on the map. You'll receive a tracking link and will automatically be notified as soon as your package is ready to be collected. Bring a valid form of ID when picking it up.

Good to know: packages are usually held for a few days. If the package isn't picked up in time, it will automatically be sent back to the seller. In that case, the cost of a new shipment will be charged to the buyer.
