  • Pick up or delivery on a floor other than the ground floor

  • Arranging a moving lift

  • Additional couriers if you are unable to have the item ready on the ground floor or if the item is very heavy

They aim to help you as quickly as possible, so don't hesitate to contact them.

In principle, one courier will come to pick up the item. The item must be ready on the ground floor on the day of collection. For more information about which delivery partner is linked to your purchase/sale, we refer you to the email you received from us with the title:
