I received a bid, but I’m not selling anything – how is that possible?

Whoppah recently introduced a feature where sellers can make the first offer to buyers who have marked their item as "favorite".

This helps speed up the negotiation process, as the seller can reach out with a bid even if you haven’t placed one yet.

If you receive such a bid from a seller, you can:

• Accept

• Decline

• Make a counter-offer

If you're no longer interested, you don't need to do anything, the offer will expire automatically after a set period.
