Are my profile details visible to others?

At Whoppah, we prioritize your privacy and adhere to strict data protection regulations. Buyers cannot access your personal information prior to a purchase. The only information visible to buyers includes the duration of your membership with Whoppah, your reviews, your status as a professional seller, and the city of item pickup (if you opt to disclose this). Once a purchase is made, the buyer will have access to your address on the shipping label for delivery purposes. If you wish to share further details like phone numbers for transport arrangements, you can do so via the Whoppah chat after the purchase. Kindly note that all transactions must be made through our payment platform, Stripe, and cannot occur outside the platform.
