Have it delivered hassle-free

My order is marked as “Disputed” - what does that mean and what can I do?

If an order is marked as “In Dispute”, it means the buyer has reported an issue with the order.

This can happen for several reasons, such as:

  • The item has not yet been delivered

  • The item does not match the described condition

  • The buyer opened the dispute as a precaution, even though the issue may already be resolved

We recommend contacting the buyer via the Whoppah chat to ask for more details about the situation.

👉 Important:
This status also means that the payout to you as the seller is paused until the issue is resolved.

If the item has since been successfully delivered and the issue is cleared up, our support team can manually close the order and release your payout.
