The chairs shown here are iconic sidechairs from the 1960s, designed by Charles Eames for the US manufacturer Hermann Miller.
The model is based on the designer's famous fiberglass chair series, which is valued for its high seating comfort and formal clarity.
The seat shells are made of robust, lightly textured fiberglass in white/cream and are covered with a high-quality, bright blue fabric, which gives the design an elegant and contemporary touch. The bases are made of chrome-plated tubular steel and come in the so-called "H-base" version, which provides stability and is also stackable - ideal for use in the home, office or conference area.
