The dimensions of the armchair are H-74cm, W-84cm and D-84cm, and of the footstool H-37cm, W-44cm and D-56cm.Apart from a small number of stains/stains on the seat, arms and frame, and some light marks on the finish of the legs and frame, but as the attached images show, the Minotti armchair is in good condition.
