You can arrange to collect the item with the seller so that you can view it first. Pay securely via Whoppah and secure your purchase by optionally adding buyer protection to your order.
When you click on an item, you will see the heading 'Delivery methods' to the right of the item. This indicates where the item is located.
When you view an item, you will see the 'Buy Now' button with an amount to the right of the item. This is the asking price that the seller has set for which the item may be sold immediately. Are you instantly in love with an item? Then click on the 'Buy now' button and complete your payment. The item is then yours immediately!
With the 'Coming soon' view we preview items in our product overview that will be online soon. This way we provide everyone the opportunity to keep an eye on new items coming in and not miss a top deal. When an item has the label 'Coming soon' (indicated in blue), it is therefore not yet possible to bid, buy or chat. However, buyers can already set an alert to stay informed of when the ad goes live. You will receive an email as soon as the item is online. You can then bid directly on the item or buy it for the asking price with the 'Buy now' button.
Creating an account is free. When you purchase an item, you pay € 1.99 service costs for each purchase. Depending on the chosen payment method (Visa and Mastercard), additional costs will be charged to the buyer for paying via this payment method. Payment via iDeal and Bancontact and Giropay is free. Buyer Protection is 4% (with a minimum amount of 10 euros) of the total sales amount and is automatically added to the subtotal. If the actual item differs from the description in the ad, you will get your money back. Defects include: different color, missing parts of signs of use that are not reported in the advertisement.

Return Guarantee
Do you not like the item and do you want to return it? Which can. You can return to Whoppah instead of the seller within 14 days (from the time of delivery). Please note: in this case the return costs including the delivery costs are for the account of the buyer. In this case, you will receive the purchase amount minus delivery costs and return costs.
Not arrived items by mailbox or package
If the package has been shipped according to the shipping instructions, then the buyer and seller can both track the package. If the status of the order is according to the track & trace as 'Received', but you have not yet received the item, Whoppah will refund the money. The seller is responsible for damage suffered through the transport service.

Quality control by Whoppah courier
If pick-up by the Whoppah courier has been chosen, the courier will perform an additional quality check when collecting the item from the seller. The courier checks the condition of the item with the information in the ad. In addition, the courier takes 5 photos of the item when the item gets picked up by the Whoppah courier. If anything is discovered that is not visible in the photos, the burden of proof lies with the buyer.
As a seller, you determine the minimum amount you want for your item. Do you get an offer? Then you can accept it by clicking on the green check mark. If you want to reject a bid, click on the red cross. You make a counter-offer by stating an amount in the 'Counter-bid' window. As soon as you accept an offer as a seller, there is a deal. You just sold your item!
Our curators check whether an advertisement meets our standards. We also check for authenticity. Unfortunately, we cannot 100% guarantee that what you buy will always be exactly as advertised. If you use our courier service, the courier will check whether the item corresponds to the advertisement during collection from the buyer. It is always recommended to do your own research into the authenticity of an item. In any case, we promise that you will get your money back if the item is not original or differs substantially from the way it was presented upon collection or delivery.
