You can see here a vintage 'Art Deco Style' wall lamp and a tall large ceiling pendant lamp (with a total of 12 view sections due to the depth of the design, a cross with 4 outer sections when you look from below). Manufactured by a master of High End lamp design, Frederick Ramond Glassman from California (America). Made of glass, brass, opal glass and metal. Attributed to designs from the 1960s-70s. Beginning in 1965, American glass and lamp artist Fredrick Ramond Glassman designed 'High End' Design lamps in his own studio in Carritos, California (America). These 'Art Deco style' lamps are presumably a nod to one of the greatest American architects of his time, Frank Lloyd Wright. The latter known with 8 Unesco World Heritage building designs. Take a look at his design of the Unity Temple (facing the auditorium), take a look at the Empire state building in mind & the over crosswise photos at the end of the photo series (Zeppelin?) when you look at the photos of these lamps. You may also see what we see. 1 of his students was Brian Thomas, also a great designer and two-time Art's award winner. As of 2007, after his death, Hinkley took over some of the patents and designs from Frederick Ramond's family and they are still sold nationally (America) and internationally. These lamps are not included in Hinkley's assortment. and are labeled with copyright labels. So these lamps will never be manufactured again (as long as the patent is in the family, which we suspect has been lost). To really see the effect of the details of the manufacture and the lighting effect, we would advise you to come and see. Unprecedented what a spectacle you will see of light and colors. There is something to admire from all angles. Even faces can be recognized through the placement of the lights and the specially made glass. Unfortunately, 1 of the white milk glass strips is broken and glued. Hence this price. 1 white plastic plate is additionally placed on top to presumably access the top of the lamp.The wall lamp is in undamaged and exceptional condition. Want a High end Designer set in your home to light up your hallway, hallway, living room? With this set you will have a 2 talking pieces in your home that you will not get tired of.
