Hoogervorst in the 1960's. The lamp is mounted on a chrome rod, which is adjustable. The lampshade is also rotatable and tiltable. The lamp has a black base, with the original Anvia plug. The lamp has a standard E27 fitting. Upon shipping, the item will be carefully packed to prevent damage.
