Set of 4 vintage dining chairs model 'Ella' designed by Arne Vodder for quality brand VAMO Sonderborg, Denmark 1960s.
Beautiful high quality solid teak frame, beautiful organic design. Typical shapes for Arne Vodder. Warm teak shade with beautiful visible wood grain. Frames are structurally sound and in solid condition.
The chairs have their still original wool upholstery, woven pattern in cream color. The upholstery is still beautifully rich and has no wear spots or tears, completely intact. The special feature of this set is that the backrest is tiltable, it adjusts to your sitting position.
Over the years the seats have acquired some superficial stains, user marks. This is taken into account in the price.
A beautiful unique and especially rare set. Also various (Danish) dining room tables available.
