Leiden, NetherlandsView all items from this sellerVitra HAL RE swiveling and height-adjustable bar stool (by means of a gas spring), with sturdy footrest, suitable for tables/bars from 90 to 110 cm high. Designed by Jasper Morrison.
The white seat is made of plastic and 'preformed' = offers seating comfort, including good support for your back. The connecting tube and footrest are made of chrome-plated steel, the base plate is made of stainless steel. Very stable and comfortable. They still look very nice, only the tubs have some impact damage on the edges (namely where they hit the bar top when turning, see the photos). Presumably the tubs, also in other colors and materials, can be ordered separately and assembled yourself. See Vitra's website.
Diameter of the foot is approximately 45 cm. cockpit is approximately 45 br (at widest part) x 40 dx 40 high. Seat height approx min 70 / max 80 (footrest comes with it).Small dents on both sides of the seats (tubs) where the stools touched the bar top when turning - see photos. The seats are still beautiful, the chassis is the same!
