2 black leather Joker armchairs designed by Olivier Mourgue for Airborne International in the 1960s. The condition of the chromed frame is fair. Spots are visible. We deliberately did not have the armchairs 'renovated', because we think the 'used' condition is better. Price is for both armchairs. The seats have been reupholstered with beautiful black leather and fitted with new foam. Dimensions: 70x60x70 (hxwxd). The seat height is 40 cm. Industrial designer Olivier Mourgue (1939, Paris) studied interior architecture and furniture design in Paris. He then continued his education and training in Finland and Sweden where he worked for Maurice Holland, Nordiska Kompaniet in Stockholm. He is known for his furniture designs, but he is also a painter and landscape architect. In 1976 he became a professor at the school of arts in Brest (France).
In good condition with light traces of use appropriate to the age of the item
