This Mario Bellini Amanta sofa for C&B Italia captures the essence of 1970s Italian design. The modular structure allows endless combinations, while the deep seats and soft curves create an inviting, sculptural form. Each element rests on a white fiberglass shell with black castor wheels a technical innovation that defined Bellini’s approach to comfort and flexibility.
The sofa is upholstered in dark blue fabric, recently refreshed while keeping its original proportions intact. The contrast between the warm textile and the glossy fiberglass base gives the piece both presence and lightness.
